It’s been said National Football League players have the most stringent workout schedules of all the major sports, and there really is no “off” season.

New York Jets defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson is proof of that, taking to the gym any chance he can get. And now he’s planning on doing it with you, the fans.

The 2011 first round draft pick out of Temple was named second team All-Pro this year, and is a native of Linden, New Jersey.

He’ll spend this Saturday afternoon at Blink Fitness in Parsippany on Rt. 46 and show 10 lucky fans the workout techniques he plans to use to prepare for the 2014 season. He’ll be signing autographs for anyone else who stops by, too.

The event begins at noon, and fans can find out more at the Blink Fitness Facebook page here.
