New East Hanover Street Signs Almost Ready for Bid

Installation is expected to start in the spring, the township administrator said.

East Hanover is preparing bid specifications for the installation of new street signs, and will be soliciting bids on the project in the next couple of months, the township administrator said Tuesday.

Administrator Joseph Tempesta said installation is expected to start in the spring, with the signs installed for a third of the township at a time.

Tempesta gave the update at Tuesday's Township Council meeting in response to a question from Councilman Joe Peluso on the status of the signs, which will be black and yellow, the school colors of Hanover Park High School.
