The following are local obituaries for this week:
- David Crossan, 78, formerly of Mendham, Aug. 27. Crossan coached basketball and soccer for many years in Chatham.
- Frances Bove, 84, Hackettstown, Sept. 2. Bove was a Belford resident before moving to Hackettstown.
- Ligia Bolanos, 56, Hopatcong, Aug. 28. Bolanos was an avid gardener and worked as a custodian for the Hopatcong Board of Education.
- Angelina Amato, 87, formerly of Wayne, Aug. 29. Amato worked as a line operator for Shulton Industries in Clifton before retiring.
- Linda Berger, 71, Morristown, Sept. 2. Berger worked throughout many area hospitals as a licensed clinical social worker.
