Novartis in East Hanover Named Most Diverse Company in America

Morris County corporations draw plenty of talented people to the area for employment. Those workers aren’t just talented, they’re also extremely diverse.

That was proven in Diversity Inc.’s annual Top 50 Diverse Companies list this year, as Novartis – with headquarters in East Hanover – received the number one spot.

At number 24, BASF in Florham Park also made the list, followed by Wyndham Worldwide in Parsippany at number 39. In total, seven companies from New Jersey made top 50 in the national survey, which polled 1,215 companies, according to diversityinc.com.

Other New Jersey companies on the list include Prudential Financial, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, and ADP.
