Snooki Tweets: 'Chris Christie Hates Me'

Even after a brief meeting in May, "Jersey Shore" cast member and East Hanover resident Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi remains convinced that Gov. Chris Christie just doesn't like her.

Responding to a tweet last week from a fan who said when he thinks of New Jersey, he always thinks of Polizzi, she tweeted back, "And that's why Chris Christie hates me."


Polizzi had met Christie when the "Today Show" came to Seaside Heights to kick off the Memorial Day weekend and told him she hoped he would learn to like her fellow cast members, which was recorded by the Asbury Park Press (watch the video above). Christie had been critical in the past that few of the cast members actually lived in the state.
