Put Out Your Christmas Tree, Sandy Debris

Collections for brush and limbs from Hurricane Sandy and Christmas trees will be collected in Florham Park starting Monday.

Florham Park residents have an opportunity starting Monday to throw out their Christmas trees and rid their yards of brush and limbs at the same time.

Beginning Monday, the borough's Department of Public Works will pick up any Christmas trees—and any limbs or brush brought down in Hurricane Sandy—left on the curb.

Borough officials said this is the last chance residents have to get their Sandy waste collected by the borough. "If you miss the date it will be the home owner's responsibility to remove the material," a statement on the Florham Park website says.
